Jun 2, 2012 LOHS Dragon GAP Spring Mountain Bike Duathlon Lake Orion High, Lake Orion, MI A challenging 8 mile loop will be used for bikes, 2.0 mile loop for runners Course may be modified to suit weather and trail conditions. . The race will start with all runners doing one lap, then their team mate or bike portion will go out, then the runners will finish the race by doing another lap. Total lowest elapsed time will win. Jul 7, 2012 Fire Road Cedar City Cedar City, UT 2-hours from Zion National Park and mountain bike mecca, Gooseberry Mesa. The 25km course is relatively flat but the 60km features 4500ft of climbing and the 100km course has 7000ft of climbing. The entire races is on improved dirt roads and while very beginner friendly in terms of technical ability, it's a monster challenge in terms of fitness. There are age group awards and $5000 in prize money
